Julie O'Donnell, Esq., is an experienced New Jersey real estate lawyer, who specializes in real estate closings and condo conversions. She is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. Ms. O'Donnell handles real estate closings in Hudson, Bergen and Essex counties and throughout New Jersey. She also works with developers on small and large condominium/townhouse projects. Ms. O'Donnell has had her own Hoboken based real estate law practice for over five years. She has been a speaker for NJ ICLE (Continuing Legal Education for NJ attorneys), providing her expertise on residential real estate law. She is also a frequent participant in various home buyer seminars educating first time home buyers on the legal aspects of purchasing a home.
